The company has launched the implementation of a project aimed at ensuring workplace safety and improving working conditions. Its primary objective is to provide a healthy and well-adapted working environment. Employees at the company’s logistics warehouse facilities in Varna and Voyvodinovo will be equipped with both collective and personal protective equipment. Working, rest, and dining conditions will be enhanced. In addition, the introduction of “green” practices, such as “green“ cards and employee training, will help further optimize the working environment.
The project is being carried out with the financial support of the Programme “Human Resources Development” and is co-financed by the European Union, with a total value of BGN 132,183.46, 80% of which is non-repayable grant funding.
