Describe your recipe for success?
I consider success as a dynamic process; it is like a moving target - after each achieved goal comes another one and another one. I believe that it’s important for everyone to pursue and achieve their own personal objectives, rather than pursuing goals to other people that are often difficult to attain.
What does success taste like?
Actually, the taste of success is best felt after a lot of hard work and effort or after you have experienced previous failure. Just like when we taste something sweet and then immediately have something bitter, that is the precise moment when we appreciate the sweet taste the most!
What motivates you to achieve your goals?
I am a highly competitive person and this particular aspect generally drives my motivation to be part of a successful company and an outstanding team like VM Finance Group.
What is your secret for increasing productivity?
My ability to prioritize correctly. I do not consider myself particularly productive, but what helps me be actually good at my job is how to prioritize tasks when everything's important, Just focus on those things that generate the greatest results.

What are the benefits of persistence?
I have managed to successfully achieve and complete those things that I have invested persistence, dedication, time, and effort in. From my perspective, progress is... imperceptible. I believe, it applies to everyone. Most of the time, we don't realize that we are getting better on a daily basis.
