АVENDI Unveils a New Corporate Identity

With its rebranding, the company – part of VM Finance Group – marks a new stage in its evolution toward innovation and business expansion

Avendi, one of the leaders in FMCG distribution and marketing in Bulgaria and part of VM Finance Group, has presented its new corporate identity. This is a natural step in the company’s development, reflecting its well-established leadership position as a trusted and stable partner on the local market. At the same time, it highlights its key role as a strategic partner to global companies such as Diageo, Proximo Spirits, Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy, Nestlé Waters, Monin, Chicco and Tabasco, with whom it has built long-term and sustainable partnerships.

The new brand identity preserving brand awareness while introducing a more mature, internationally oriented, and conceptually refined appearance. It has been designed as a clear expression of stability, trust, and long-term vision – values that lie at the core of AVENDI’s operations.

At its center stands the logo - integrating an element of an unlocked padlock that smoothly transforms into a bridge. This visual metaphor clearly communicates AVENDI’s role as a reliable and active intermediary between global brands and local markets, as well as between people, products, and opportunities.
