Whiskey Sour Cocktail:
- 2 parts Monkey Shoulder whiskey
- 1 1/2 parts fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 3-4 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Garnish – lemon slice and cocktail cherry
- Ice
My funniest story with the team is…
There are many, but one of the most memorable moments was during a team building and the game of Paintball.

I have been with the company for 11 years, no joke I joined the Delion team on April 1st 2011. It is extremely easy for me to know exactly how many years I have been with the company as my son was born a month before I took the new challenge.
My career development during these years has exposed me to various roles within the organization, starting with the position of National Key Account Manager. In this position I managed a team of 35 people. I was responsible for the presentation of brands distributed by Delion in all international and national chains.
This position helped me to develop team management skills, improve sales, presentation and organizational competencies, both through the trainings organized by the VMFG and from the shared experience and mentoring I received from my direct supervisors and colleagues. I quickly fit into the team and formed long-lasting friendships.
In 2015, I was already responsible for the entire Beverage Division, holding the position of Division Manager. An extremely responsible position that helped me upgrade my competencies, acquire new ones in the field of strategic planning, change management, risk management, creating and managing an annual budget, managing a significantly larger team with different roles in the organization. In the 6 years that I led the division, I went through numerous internal and external trainings that helped me in managing and delivering excellent positive results year after year, as well as building a cohesive and motivated team.
Improving my commercial and managerial experience, I decided to further develop my knowledge in the field of marketing, acquiring theoretical knowledge, by completing a second master's degree at UNWE, majoring in "Marketing".
Thanks to the employee development program in the VMFG and the efforts made over the years in my personal development, in 2021 I was given the opportunity to head the Marketing Department of the Beverages Division and put the theory into practice. Thus, for more than a year, my team and I have been successfully presenting brands distributed by Delion. This is recognized by the many good practices shared by the Bulgarian market, as well as the top 3 Delion brands awarded (Glenfiddich topped the "High-alcohol drinks" category, followed by Tullamore D.E.W. and Grant's) in the prestigious consumer ranking "MY LOVE MARKS " for 2021.
Of course, it's not all work and study. Over the years, I can boast that my family and I have conquered some of the highest peaks in Bulgaria, visited numerous caves and waterfalls, and I would say that work-life balance is achievable, as long as one wants it.
