Отговорности

  • He/she will be responsible for the development and implementation of the overall HR strategy for assigned company and will work in close collaboration with HR Director and General Managers in the key organization
  • Acts as a trusted partner, who understands the business’ strategic needs and identifies opportunities to improve organization capability, employee engagement and well-being through deployment and implementation of HR policies, programs and processes procedures
  • Coaches colleagues, in various levels of the organization, during the implementation of the HR strategy and activities
  • Reviews the Performance Management recommendations and provides appropriate feedback and challenge to ensure alignment with process guidelines
  • Pro-actively coach & support key managers in identifying learning and development needs in order to develop the best suitable solutions
  • Develop effective and diverse short and long-term succession planning for key positions, to ensure retention and development of talents
  • Contributes to the annual business plan based on the people strategy and the needs of the business
  • Demonstrate company’s culture and values and contribute to the cultural transformation through new ways of working

Изисквания

  • Relevant university degree: HR management, Psychology, Management
  • At least 6-8 years’ experience in the human resource field - acting as HR generalist/HRBP/Learning and development roles
  • Knowledge and understanding about the following HR areas: capabilities development, talent management, engagement, coaching and performance management, etc.
  • Ability to understand and advise on HR processes, functional areas, policies, local HR practices, procedures and compliance efforts
  • Ability and experience in translating business requirements into workable/ actionable solutions in HR area
  • Abilities to work with budgets, figures, numbers
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • PC: Excel, Word PowerPoint; platforms (e.g. share point) – advanced level
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills,
  • Ability to influence at all levels
  • Self-driven and result-driven
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Team Attitude
