Отговорности

Lead and inspire the creative team so they can do their best work — and love doing it.
Turn client goals into fresh, impactful ideas across print, social, video, and more.
Keep projects on track without sacrificing quality and creativity.
Work side-by-side with account managers and production to make sure every campaign is as effective as it is beautiful.
Give feedback that’s honest, helpful, and pushes the work further.
Keep your finger on the pulse of design, marketing, and culture trends.

Изисквания

You’ve led creative teams before (agency experience is a big plus).
You have previous experience as an art director or senior copywriter.
A portfolio that shows not just great work, but work that got results.
Strong leadership skills — you know how to guide, motivate, and collaborate.
An understanding of how creative fits into the bigger marketing puzzle.
The ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the quality.
