Отговорности

  • Manages remuneration policy that will yield the highest value for the organization and will help us improve employee satisfaction and create a productive workplace;
  • Tracks compensation and benefits benchmarking data;
  • Designs fair and attractive bonus programs;
  • Evaluates how effective the bonus schemes are in terms of employee motivation and business results;
  • Designs effective benefits schemes and evaluates how effective the benefit packages are in terms of employee satisfaction;
  • Ensures our compensation plans comply with legislation;
  • Budgeting, monthly forcasting and analyses of people costs;
  • Automation and optimization of people cost analyses and reporting;
  • Keeps track of prevailing pay rates and makes sure we offer competitive compensation plans
  • Salary ranges calculations;
  • Job analyses, classifications and job grading preparation;
  • Calculation and analysis of annual bonuses and key HR metrics (FTE, overtime, leave, turnover);
  • Job offers and employee discounts management.

Изисквания

  • Experience as a Compensation and Benefits expert or similar role;
  • Hands-on experience with ERP software;
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, especially Excel;
  • Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels;
  • Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems;
  • Familiarity with labor legislation;
  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Finance or relevant field;
  • Very good command of written and spoken English language;
  • Excellent understanding of corporate business environment;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities.
