Responsibilities

Develops e-commerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets;
Drive e-commerce sales performance;
Examine past performance of campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness;
Implement e-commerce strategic and tactical programmes;
Manage and evaluate the e-commerce operations and processes;
Develop and implement a roadmap for the online store;
Partner with brand owners to leverage all market opportunities;
Identify potential partnerships;
Manage the sales, promotions, marketing and social media campaigns over digital platforms;
Build a trust and foster a relationship to be recognized as a premium ecommerce supplier;
Examine the new market trends and business opportunities in the global and local landscape;
Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth;
Collaborate with your sales peers, design teams and management to ensure that you are offering the very best assortment to the customers;
Generate ideas and strategies based on data-driven insights;
Measure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction performance;
Manage a team of professionals.

Requirements

Looking for an innovative and forward-thinking candidate with vast sales management experience;
More than 3 years Ecommerce experience in wholesale/retail environment is preferred;
Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives;
Ability to influence and interact with senior management;
Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model;
Experience with digital marketing and online sales;
Actively listens and participates within a team environment;
Bachelors Degree in marketing, business, sales or related fields.
