HR learning and development manager

Major responsibilities:

  • Initiates and manages the implementation of versatile Talent management, Knowledge management and Succession planning processes;
  • Formulates integrates and controls HR policies in the field of Learning & Development, Career path and Talent management;
  • Conducts, in collaboration with HR business partners, regular and in-depth learning needs analyses and oversees the development of annual L&D plans;
  • Analyzes the Individual development plans in order to plan the necessary trainings and development activities that an employee should undertake in order to acquire professional skills and knowledge needed for the target position;
  • Organizes the development of a consistent Training curriculum to support short- and long-term organizational goals;
  • Runs the Internal Trainers program and ensures its effectiveness;
  • Career Management- develops and manages career paths, career planning and succession management into the organization;
  • Manages relationships with external training, assessment and consulting vendors;
  • Measures and reports HR metrics and KPI’s;
  • Manages complex HR Projects cross-functionally.

Ideal profile:

  • Relevant university degree;
  • Previous experience in Human Resources Management/L&D at least 5 years;
  • Profound knowledge of existing L&D tools and world-level best practices;
  • Fluency in English – written and spoken;
  • Strong business acumen and organizational agility;
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills;
  • Strategic thinking; able to connect ideas and find alternative ways for achieving long-term goals;
  • Project management and change management skills.
