FINANCE CONTROLLER

Responsibilities:

  •  Reports to Head of Group Controller
  •  Executes monthly analysis of costs and revenues of holding companies, comparison to budgets, analyses reasonableness and provides insides to Head of Group Controller and companies’ Management on efficient spending of companies’ resources
  •  Executes monthly analysis of cash flows, investments and working capital and provides advice on future cash needs or cash surpluses
  •  Executes close review and control of companies’ receivables, customers’ creditworthiness, customer collections in line with group credit policy. Participates in analysis and control process for change of customers’ credit limits
  •  Monitors compliance of companies to group financial and accounting policies and procedures
  •  Participates in the strategic and annual planning and budgeting process of group companies, executes analysis and control over budgets prepared by group companies based on deep analysis and business knowledge
  •  Reviews group companies’ management reporting and provides insides and assistance in preparation of group management aggregated report
  •  Takes leading role in decision making regarding new business projects through preparation of related analyses. Assesses future impact of decisions by developing different scenarios and approaches related to short-term and long-term objectives. Executes monitoring, control of costs and estimation of effectiveness with regards to undertaken business projects
  •  Supports group companies in preparation of analyses required by group holding company

Requirements:

  •  A Master degree in Finance or Accounting
  •  Prior experience in audit or controlling positions is considered an advantage
  •  A minimum of 3-year relevant experience
  •  Excellent knowledge of corporate finance, financial analysis, risk management and accounting
  •  Organizational, analytical and planning skills
  •  Excellent communication skills
  •  Project management skills
  •  Very good command of written and spoken English language
  •  Computer literacy and professional skills in excel and/or other database programs
  •  Experience with Navision, BI or other ERP is considered an advantage
